Elk Hills will be hosting the Annual School Wide Spelling Bee on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 1:30pm. The top spellers in grades 4th-8th will compete on this day to move on to the regional bee in the spring! Parents are welcome to attend this competitive event!
The Elk Hills School District's annual Christmas program will take place tomorrow evening- Thursday, December 4th, 2025 at 6PM! This year's theme is Winter Wonderland. Students should meet their teacher in their classrooms by 5:30PM on the night of the program. A reception with complimentary cookies, the student art showcase, and 8th grade hot chocolate sales will take place in the cafeteria following the Christmas program. We can't wait to see that auditorium full of families!

The PTO is holding their annual Festival of Trees fundraiser until December 4th, 2025! Tickets are $1.00. The drawing for winners will be held after the Winter Wonderland Christmas program on 12/4/25, winners do not need to be present to win- please be sure to include your contact information so we can contact you if you do win one of these amazing trees!

We hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving break! Please be aware that campus is closed Monday, November 24 through Friday, November 28. School resumes on Monday, December 1, 2025. The week we return we will be conducting daily practices for our annual Christmas program as well as finishing up the art work for the Student Art Showcase that will follow. Please be sure that students are attending school on a daily basis so they do not miss out on the exciting holiday activities!

It is time for our Annual Festival of Trees Fundraiser hosted by our PTO! Fliers and tickets are being sent home today for students to sell. Tickets are $1.00 each and we will hold the drawing on the night of our Christmas Program, December 4. Our top seller will receive a $50 gift card!!!
