Big Smiles is a mobile dentistry company who works with school district to provide dental services to students at school so they do not have to miss an entire day for an hour-long appointment. This visit Big Smiles will also be conducting the required dental check-up for 2023-24 incoming kindergarteners, so if you have a child who will be attending kindergarten next year please be sure to sign them up and bring them in! Elk Hills 2nd & 3rd grade classes had a great time at Dewar's yesterday. They learned all about making the delicious Dewar's chews and ice cream.

Dear Elk Hills Families, The track meet for 5th-8th grades is tomorrow, March 24. Please be sure your students wear proper shoes and attire and bring a water bottle. We spoke to General Shafter and the track meets are on schedule as normally planned. As a reminder, TK-4th grade will be competing on Wednesday, March 22. This will be a regularly scheduled dismissal at 3:00pm. 5th-8th grades will compete on Friday, March 24. Both meets will be held at General Shafter school.
