Dear Parents/Guardians of Elk Hills School District Students,
It is that time of year again- School Climate Survey time! Last year we were able to collect a lot of valuable data due to the amount of parents and guardians who participated in taking the survey. We are asking for your help in keeping up the momentum of programs and services being offered here at Elk Hills, and would be extremely grateful if you could participate in this survey again.
The goal of today’s survey is to gather feedback from parents regarding their experiences with the school, school climate, and to inform program planning and improvement moving forward. The results of this survey will be useful in helping the West Kern Consortium districts to improve programming in order to improve behavioral outcomes and learning conditions for all students.
A few things that you should know about your rights in this study:
• Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You do not have to take this survey if you don't want to.
• You have the right to change your mind and leave the survey at any time without giving any reason and without penalty.
• You do not waive any of your legal rights by consenting to this survey.
Your input is very valuable to us.
