Don't forget to sign up for a time slot to come and let our Medi-Cal Navigator help you get renewed or enrolled for Medi-Cal! They will be on campus this Wednesday, October 18th from 1PM-4PM. Community Advisory Committee The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is made up of parents, community members, and District staff concerned with the needs of children with disabilities. 5 meetings are held each year to address topics of interest and gather information to advise our Special Education Local Plan. The meetings are held in Bakersfield from 11:00 to 1:00 with lunch provided. The CAC's purpose is to improve and promote communication between schools. parents, and public organizations to increase community awareness, facilitate parent education and support, and to coordinate activities on behalf of children with exceptional needs. Meeting dates for the 23-24 school year are Aug. 8, Oct. 3, Dec. 5, Feb. 6, and May 7.
